Old West End Festival Parade

Walk with Councilwoman McPherson and the endorsed candidates of the Lucas County Democratic Party in the King Wamba Parade at the Old West End Festival!

For Volunteers: The parade starts at 10 am at Robinwood and Collins St. (Glenwood Elementary School). This eclectic convergence of art, music, street theater, and visual wonder will process south through the Old West End (Robinwood, Bancroft, Collingwood) ending at Collingwood and Floyd (Collingwood Presbyterian Church).

Point Place Shoreland Annual Parade

Ahoy, mateys! Get ready to set sail for some summer fun at the Point Place/Shoreland Parade on Saturday, June 7th! This year’s theme is “Pirates of the Lake”—so grab your eye patch, polish your hook, and prepare for a swashbucklin’ good time!

Parade kicks off at high noon, but the real treasure starts earlier—food trucks will be docked and ready to serve from 11AM to 1PM! Bring your appetite and feast like a true lake pirate.

Whether ye be a landlubber or a salty seadog, come out and support our amazing community. It's the perfect chance to spend quality time with your crew—friends, family, and neighbors alike.

Let’s celebrate the best place, any place with good food, great company, and a whole lot of pirate spirit. See ye there, or walk the plank!
